1. Advance booking has to be made prior any visit and at least 14 working days before the visit date.

  2. A 14 working days period is necessary for NEA to process the request. Requests that are submitted on     short notice will not be accepted.

  3. The Agency (NEA) accepts NO walk-in visits without valid authorization & documentation.

  4. The choice of visit slot is subjected to availability and approval.

General requirements for visits to NEA's installations:

•   For safety reasons, visitors have to be at least 12 years of age and accompanied by adults.

•   Visit to Incineration Plants are available for week days only. No visits on weekends and public holidays.

•   No videos or photos allowed during the Incineration Plant tour.

•   Photos are allowed in at the visitor's centre only.

•   The maximum number of visitors each Incineration Plant could host is at 40 Pax per visit.

•   All visitors regardless are to complete the NEA's Indemnity/Consent Form. Name of visitors MUST BE furnished a  week prior the visit date upon NEA's approval.

•   Consent of parent / guardian is required for visitors below 21 years of age.

•   Visitors are to fill up the NEA's indemnity / consent form and duly consolidated by the Group Leader.

•   Visitors are to bring their identification documents (Identity Cards for Singaporeans & PRs, Passports for Foreigners) for verification purposes.

•   Group Leader will furnish the name list of visitors with the following details (full name,identity card / passport  numbers, age, gender & contact numbers) upon NEA's approval (1 week before the actual visit date.)
